We're hiring for 21st Century Social Clubs

We’re hiring a Programme Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a new five-year national programme to unlock social clubs across England as spaces for community action, social cohesion, and local economic development.

This is a unique opportunity – forming part of our 21st Century Social Clubs initiative – to work across community organising, business development, national learning, and movement building alongside partners including We Can Win and Power to Change.

We’re looking for someone with strong programme management experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a commitment to democratic, community-led ways of working.

• Location: Flexible / hybrid (England) with regular travel to social clubs and national events
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: £42,000 - £44,100 pro rata, depending on experience
• Hours: 30 hours per week
