‍The Secret Community Leader is an anonymous column sharing the highs and lows of community leadership published in STIR Magazine, in partnership with Practical Governance. It provides an open and honest forum for community leaders to help each other deal with the practical challenges of making community leadership work.

It is a safe space for sharing the highs, the lows, the nagging challenges and the most rewarding moments of community leadership.
